Job Description	1. Presently working as a Senior Accounts Officer with M/S KAM INTERNATIONAL (Manufacturer and Exporter of Home Textiles) since August 2007. Reporting to: Finance Manager · Managing the Payment operations of the company. · Provide strong financial analysis support to the management for effective decision making. · Debtors and Creditors accounts in the books of Accounts and their reconciliation and ageing reports. · Reconciliation, preparation and filing of Sales Tax & Income Tax returns. · Assistance to Finance Manager in preparation of Monthly Accounts. · Any other Accounts work designated by Finance Manager. 2. Worked as an Accounts Officer with M/S ALTAF ADAM SECURITIES (PVT) LTD from April 2006 to July 2007. Reporting to: Director · Preparation and reconciliation of Trial Balance. · Preparation of Monthly Accounts to assess the position of the company. · Maintaining General Ledger and Cash and Bank Book. · Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements. · Preparation and disbursement of Staff Salary. 3. Worked as an Accounts Assistant with M/S GUL AHMED TEXTILE MILLS LTD from December 2004 to March 2006. Reporting to: Finance Manger · Internal audit of Sales and Purchase Invoices and Credit Notes. · Preparation of weekly Stock Reconciliation Statement. · Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement. · Posting of accounting transaction in Books of Accounts. · Any other accounts work designated by Finance Manager. 4. Worked as a Computer Operator cum Accounts Officer in M/S ADAMJEE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD from March 1998 to November 2003. Reporting to: Branch Chief Manager · Preparation of Export and Import Policies. · Preparation of Claim documents of the customers. Fluency in MS OFFICE which includes MS Word and MS Excel which is necessary for effective office work. Also I have operational knowledge of KATS, stock trading computer software used in Karachi Stock Exchange.
